The status of the company was changed to public limited company and the name of the company was changed to 'Octaware Technologies private Limited' by a special resolution passed on June 15, 2015 vide a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to the name of the change was granted to the company on August 17, 2015 by the Registrar of Companies.
