Shriram Jagetiya is Senior President – Corporate Finance at Aditya Birla Group and handles investments and corporate finance function.

Shriram has specialisation in finance, investments, merger and acquisitions, business reviews. Shriram is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by profession has about 29 years of experience across various assignments in Aditya Birla Group. He started his career with the group in 1992 in Corporate Finance Division of Indian Rayon (now merged with Grasim).

He has played key role in fund mobilization, investments, evaluation of various mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning and capital structuring in his various roles within the Group. At financial services businesses, he had been an integral part of development of corporate strategies and performance enhancement initiatives, business expansion and M&A across various businesses.

In recognition of his contribution to the Aditya Birla Group, was accredited with the Chairmans Exceptional Contributor Award in 2011.
