Recently, it has come to our attention that unauthorized individuals (by name like Aiyana Joseph / Arya Anand) are impersonating Aditya Birla Money representatives on platforms like WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, YouTube videos and also creating Fake Mobile Trading Apps by the name like ABML MAX APP, ABML LICAPP, ABMLIC MAX APP, ADIT APP, ADITPRO APP, Ad-bir capable, ABMLPR, ABML APP, VIP5011 ABML SECURITIES AND ABML APP, ABC-Stocks & Securities, ABML Pro, ABCIC APP, VIP ABML APP etc..

To ensure your safety and access to accurate information, please be aware:

1. Aditya Birla Money does not manage any client communication channels on WhatsApp Groups.
2. We only use official email addresses, phone numbers, Facebook pages, LinkedIn, Instagram listed on our website for communication.

1. Verify the source of any communication claiming to be from Aditya Birla Money.
2. Report any suspicious messages to our Customer Service team at care.stocksandsecurities@adityabirlacapital.com or by calling our toll-free number 1800-270-7000.
3. Be cautious of unsolicited investment advice, high return promises, or requests to install apps from unverified sources.
4. Please verify the Bank a/c name & details before payments are made. Payments to registered intermediary are to be effected only to Bank a/c’s in the name of registered intermediary.
5. We do not provide recommendation through WhatsApp Groups, Facebook or Instagram etc.

Our official mobile trading applications Mobile Invest, TradeLite, Elevate are available only on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Account secure measures:

1. Fake Apps:
   • Only download official Aditya Birla Money apps (Mobile Invest, Trade Lite, Elevate) from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
   • Avoid apps asking for sensitive personal or banking information.
2. Fake IPO Allotments:
   • Verify IPO allotment status directly on official platforms like NSE, BSE, RTA, or through Aditya Birla Money's verified communication channels.
   • Do not trust messages or emails claiming IPO allotment confirmation without proper verification.
3. Fake WhatsApp Groups:
   • Be cautious of unsolicited invitations to WhatsApp groups discussing investment tips or stock advice.
   • Rely only on official Aditya Birla Money communications for accurate market updates.
4. Remote System Access Scams:
   • Please note that Aditya Birla Money does not request remote access to your system under any circumstances.
   • If someone claims to represent Aditya Birla Money and asks for remote access, do not proceed and report the incident immediately.
5. Calls/Advice from our Directors:
   • Our Directors do not make direct calls to clients regarding investments, services, or personal information.
   • Be cautious if someone claims to be calling on behalf of a board member.
6. OTC Accounts Fraud:
   • Please note that Aditya Birla Money does not facilitate any Over-the-Counter (OTC) accounts or trades.
   • Avoid engaging with individuals or entities claiming to represent us in OTC-related transactions.

Protecting Your Account from Unauthorised Access :

1. Do not share sensitive details like passwords, OTPs, or personal information with anyone claiming to be from Aditya Birla Money.
2. Report suspicious activity immediately to our customer support team.
3. Regularly update your app and system to the latest versions for security enhancements.
