The company sold its 100% subsidiary, M/s. ObjectNet Technologies Inc, USA during the Q1 of 2015-16 and gained an amount of Rs 177.83 lac towards Capital Gain (Before Tax). The Company acquired a foreign Subsidiary Company namely M/s. Stiaos Technologies Inc. during the Q2 of FY 2015-16.In FY2015-16, the company launched a new service initiative - 'ToneFlix'

During FY 2016-17, the Company procured major orders from Government of India for social media promotion of various government policies/ services related to their departments.
