V. B. Industries Limited, incorporated on August 27, 1992 is engaged into the business of Finance & Investments. The activities of the company includes financing, investing in shares & other securities, Commodities and other related activities of capital market.

During the period 2012-13, the Company had no NBFC Business and was not registered with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) who is the sole regulatory body for monitoring activities of Registered NBFCs. Further, the Company is also doing investment activities in Capital and Securities Market. Apart from these, the Company is into the business of wealth management and Financial Consultancy services.

During the FY 2013-14, the Company expanded business inspite of adverse Market situation and tight monetary policy.

In FY 2024-25, the Company has improved labor market conditions that drove growth in private consumption. It provided short term loans to HNIs and Corporates.
