Callista Industries Limited, formerly known CHPL Industries Limited was registered on June 21, 1989. The Company ventured into textile business and started trading activities with some reputed companies in 2014. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed from CHPL Industries Limited to Callista Industries Limited in March 2018.

Callista Industries is a diversified company engaged in infrastructure development, manufacturing, trading, and packaging solutions. The Company undertakes infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, highways, airports, ports, buildings, and other public utilities on various execution models, including Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT). It is also involved in real estate development, construction of residential and commercial properties, township development, and property management, serving both government and private sector clients.

In addition to infrastructure, the company operates across multiple business segments, including the manufacturing and trading of packaging materials, electrical products, batteries, garments, textiles, and technology-related products. It undertakes import-export activities, consultancy, leasing, and financial services as permitted under applicable laws.

The Company has added the object of flexible packaging and trading business in 2025.
