Wallfort Financial Services Limited was established in November 1994 in Mumbai, Maharashtra and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business dated 12 January, 1995. The Company was allotted the in principle membership of the capital market segment of the National Stock Exchange.

The Company is a provider of broking and other financial services to equity market participants consisting of retail and institutional clients. It is currently servicing 118 Institutional Clients and look forward to become one of the premier brokerage houses for Institutions/ Corporates /Banks and FIIs in years to come. The Company is backed by a professional management team, who offer excellent execution of orders and equity research services, forming a comprehensive institutional equities platform. The object of the current issue is to consolidate the capital base and to augment its long term resources in order to meet the needs as the expanding business.

The Company has ventured into retail broking by distributing franchises at national level as well as depository services via its depository CDSL during the year 2024.
