Embassy Developments Limited was initially incorporated as 'Indiabulls Real Estate Limited' on April 4, 2006, which later on was changed from 'Indiabulls Real Estate Limited' to 'Equinox India Developments Limited' on June 20, 2024. As a result, Company merged with Embassy Group and Blackstone Real Estate Fund, resulting in a larger entity now known as Embassy Developments Limited.
Embassy Developments, one of the leading real estate developers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and the National Capital Region (NCR) of India, was incorporated in 2006 with its focus on construction and development of residential, commercial and SEZ projects across major Indian metros. Geographically, the strategic focus is on the key markets of MMR and NCR, it is present in various parts of India across Jodhpur, Vadodara, Vizag and Indore.
