Pursuant to initial public offering, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to a Special Resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company held on 13 May 2020 and name of the Company changed to its present name Happiest Minds Technologie
