A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion to Public Limited Company was issued to Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad on January 7, 2021. Ashish Jain, Yaman Saluja and Swati Singh are the Founders and Company Promoters.
