Sales declined 3.27% to Rs 56.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 58.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed from Quadrant Cables Private Limited' to Quadrant Future Tek Private Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 08, 2021 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Punjab and Chandigarh . Subsequently, Company converted into a Public Limited Company, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 21, 2021 was issued by the RoC, recording the change of Company's name to Quadrant Future Tek Limited'.Quadrant is a research oriented company, engaged in developing new generation Train Control and Signalling Systems under KAVACH project of the Indian Railways that offers the highest level of safety and reliability to rail passengers and possess a speciality cable manufacturing facility with Electron Beam Irradiation Centre.
