Also, you can pre-authorise the sale of your stocks at the beginning of each trading day so that you don't have to do it each time when you place a delivery sell order during the day. Pre-authorisation is valid for a maximum of one day.

To begin with, all your shares are shown in e-DIS menu in Mobile Invest APP.

Let’s understand the process step by step:-

• Step 1 - Login with valid credentials on your Mobile Invest App.
• Step 2 - Post log in, you need to click on 'More' option appearing under bottom menu bar.
• Step 3 - Here you will find a new option of e-DIS. This option will help you do online authorization of shares which are yet to be authorized.
  
  
• Step 4 - On e-DIS page, you can see all of your DP holdings which can be manually selected and can be authorised in order to sell.
  
  
• Step 5 - You will need a TPIN and OTP (Dual Authorisation) to authorise this transaction. Refer succeeding article for detailed steps on generation of TPIN.
  
  
• Step 6 - Once the shares are authorised, you can go back to your portfolio holdings/DP holdings page to sell the approved shares.

How to generate your TPIN?

• Step 1 - Click on TPIN link available on e-DIS page inside More menu.
  
  
• Step 2 - Refer SMS and note down TPIN.
  
  

How to directly generate TPIN from CDSL website?

You can directly go to CDSL page by clicking here. This link is also accessible from Mobile Invest.

• Step 1:- Enter Demat Account Number [BO] and PAN number [Demat Account Number can be located from our official whats app –send "Hi" on 8828800038. Refer video for more details on How to locate your BO/DP ID].
• Step 2:- Enter the OTP sent by CDSL to the registered mobile number and Email ID.
• Step 3:- Enter 6 Digit TPIN.
